Get your products into real shops. Without having to run one.

Your products. Your display. Real customers.

You put so much time and effort into creating or sourcing products you're proud of. But getting them in front of customers? That's often the hardest part.

Selling online can mean endless social media posts just to get noticed. Craft fairs and markets mean packing up your products, travelling, setting up and spending hours behind a stall, often without knowing whether you'll make enough sales to justify the day.

And while having your own shop might be the dream, the reality is a huge financial commitment. Rent, business rates, electricity, insurance, shop fittings and staffing costs all add up, before you've sold a single thing.

But what if you could take that next step without taking on an entire shop?

What if your products could be on display in an established retail location, ready for customers to discover, without you having to be there?

It's not just an idea. We've already put it to the test.

We tested the idea for six weeks in a working Garden Centre, where independent sellers just like you rented everything from individual shelves to larger display areas, created their own little shops and saw customers buying their products.

It was such a success we're building Hosted Retail, a UK marketplace where independent sellers can find and rent space inside established shops, giving their products the opportunity to reach customers who already visit those locations.

You supply and display your products, while the retailer handles customer purchases through their existing tills. Your products can be available to buy throughout the shop's opening hours, without you having to be there.

And you don't have to stop at one location. Once approved, you can apply to rent spaces in multiple shops, giving your products the opportunity to reach different groups of customers.

More time doing what you do best

Every hour spent setting up market stalls, standing behind a table or waiting for customers is an hour you could be spending making products, developing new ideas or growing your business.

With Hosted Retail, your products can be on display in an established shop throughout its opening hours, while you're free to get on with what you do best.

And finding your perfect spot couldn't be easier.

Joining Hosted Retail is completely FREE. You can browse available shelves, bookcases and display spaces, explore different locations and see the monthly rental costs before deciding whether a space is right for you.

No membership fees. No obligation to rent. Just the freedom to explore new opportunities for your business.

FAQs

How much does it cost for me to join?

Joining HostedRetail is completely FREE! Once approved, you can browse available retail spaces, compare locations and rental prices, and apply for spaces that suit your business.  You only pay the retailer when you rent a space. Each retailer sets their own monthly rental fee, and you also pay 10% commission on your product sales direct to the retailer.

Do I need to be there to sell my products?

No! That's one of the biggest benefits. You set up your display and supply your products, while the retailer's own team handles customer purchases through their existing tills.  You'll need to keep your space stocked and looking its best, but you won't have to staff it during opening hours.

Can I rent space with more than one Retailer?

Absolutely! Once you're an approved seller, you can apply for spaces in multiple retail locations, putting your products in front of different groups of customers.

Each space has its own monthly rental fee, and the retailer has the final say on which sellers they accept.

How do I get paid for my Sales?

The retailer processes purchases through their existing tills and pays you weekly, deducting their 10% commission from your sales.  Your monthly space rental is a separate cost, so you know what you're paying for your display space before you commit.
